The accommodation comprises a double bedroom and 2 twin /double attic rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The open plan sitting room has a wood burning stove, TV with dvd player and WIFI is available free of charge.

The bathroom has a wet-room style shower, basin and toilet, and is disable friendly. Towels are provided.

You'll need bicycles and body boards to make the most of the wonderful cycling and surfing close by.
We have 2 glass bottomed kayaks for you to borrow. (With life-jackets, oars, seats and wheels - and a fishing line to catch your bbq supper.)

Open access to the farm with its array of vegetables, fruit, polytunnels and various small animals. (sheep, rabbits and hens)

Seasonal fruit, vegetables and salad available to buy from the farm – you don't get any fresher! There are even peaches and grapes in season from the polytunnel.
